In line with our commitment to sustainable practices, we generally discourage sending physical samples. Instead, we recommend consulting our comprehensive size guides and reaching out to our dedicated customer support team for personalised assistance in selecting the perfect fit for your needs.
If, however, it is essential for you to receive a sample, please be aware that a deposit and shipping fee will apply with a limited-time return policy.
For the products we have in stock, your order delivery will take between 2-8 days. The specific delivery time may vary depending on the selected shipping provider and the destination's geographical location.
For products that are not in stock or custom, our manufacturing process necessitates a lead time of approximately 4-8 weeks to ensure the highest quality and precision in production.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this to track the transit and see the status of your order.
