Yes! We're excited to inform you that our manufacturing facility in Portugal has in-house embroidery and printing capabilities. This allows us to efficiently customize your uniforms with your boat's logo. Additionally, we have established strong partnerships with reputable embroidery and printing companies near our warehouse, providing you with a wide range of customization options.

In line with our commitment to sustainable practices, we generally discourage sending physical samples. Instead, we recommend consulting our comprehensive size guides and reaching out to our dedicated customer support team for personalized assistance in selecting the perfect fit for your needs.

If, however, it is essential for you to receive a sample, please be aware that a shipping fee will apply and a 14-day return policy.

For the products we have in stock, your order delivery will take between 2-8 days. The specific delivery time may vary depending on the selected shipping provider and the destination's geographical location.

In the case of bulk orders, defined as orders exceeding 100 units per style, our manufacturing process necessitates a lead time of approximately 2 months to ensure the highest quality and precision in production.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping for our products, ensuring that customers around the globe can access our offerings with ease and convenience.

For us, sustainability is the number one aspect we keep in mind with every decision we make when working with garment production. We are actively doing our part to make our products as sustainable as possible throughout the whole of our value chain. From design ideas, choice of materials, manufacturing, and distribution to our final product.

To maintain a streamlined ordering process, we do have a minimum order requirement of 20 items per style.

To simplify this process for our clients, we've created a size chart that provides guidance for selecting the appropriate size for each crew member.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this to track the transit and see the status of your order.
