OCEANFORM

INITIATIVE

WE ARE RESPONSIBLE.

At Oceanform, responsibility is at the heart of everything we do.

From design and material selection to fabric development, manufacturing, packaging and distribution, we aim to make considered decisions across every stage of our value chain.

With much of our supply chain based in the north of Portugal, we are able to work closely with trusted partners and maintain a high level of oversight throughout the production process. Many of our partner facilities hold internationally recognised certifications and standards, including ISO, SAI, RWS, OEKO-TEX® , BCI, GRS, GOTS and HIGG, with a number also operating using 100% renewable energy.

Through thoughtful product development, responsible sourcing and strong supplier relationships, Oceanform is committed to driving a more responsible future for uniform production.

OCEANFORM

INITIATIVE

We understand the importance of building strong and lasting relationships with our clients. One way we aim to achieve this goal is by offering each sale the opportunity to be part of the ‘Oceanform Initiative’.

Upon completing our free application, clients will receive a certificate that recognises their purchase as a contribution to a responsible brand in yachting. This certificate not only enhances the credibility of a purchase but also highlights the vessel’s commitment to sustainability.

Want to help protect the world’s oceans? Join the Oceanform initiative and become a vital part of our community, where, together with our clients, suppliers, and partners, we strive for a sustainable tomorrow.

1% FOR THE OCEAN

We want to make a positive change by giving back. The Oceanform initiative will include our effort, which we call 1% for the ocean. This is where Oceanform contributes 1% of profits to environmental conservation charities with the ambition to make our oceans a success long into the future.

Recognising that the superyacht industry has a long way to go before becoming sustainable, we understand that Oceanform alone cannot save the world’s oceans. However, this is our contribution towards fostering a more eco-friendly industry and closing our fully circular business model.

PORTUGAL & OUR PEOPLE

We design and manufacture our garments in Portugal, a decision rooted in quality, expertise and long-term responsibility.

Portugal is widely respected for its craftsmanship and technical capability in textile and garment production. Producing here allows us to work closely with experienced partners, maintain greater oversight, and operate within a well-regulated European framework.

We work with production partners who align with European standards for working conditions, fair pay and responsible labour practices. These close relationships give us greater visibility into how our garments are made and the people behind them.

Manufacturing in Portugal also provides access to advanced fabric development and modern production techniques, enabling us to create garments that prioritise durability, comfort and performance.

Through ongoing collaboration, supplier accountability and continuous improvement, we aim to maintain a high level of responsibility across both our products and the people who make them.

THE CIRCULAR APPROACH

At Oceanform, responsibility means taking a considered, circular approach to how our garments are designed, produced and managed throughout their lifecycle.

We aim to minimise environmental impact by making informed decisions at every stage, from product development and fabric selection through to production, longevity and responsible end-of-life considerations.

As a responsible business, we prioritise durability, function and long-term wear, while continually improving resource efficiency across our supply chain.
