OVERVIEW

Thank you for choosing Oceanform Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions are designed to outline our services and help establish a long-lasting, productive, and successful partnership.

We kindly ask that you read them carefully. If anything is unclear, please don’t hesitate to reach out for clarification.

Pricing:

All pricing is confidential.

We reserve the right to alter or withdraw price list at any time without prior notice to you.

Customisation services such as embroidery, printing, and alterations will incur additional charges. Applicable taxes, VAT, and import duties are not included in the listed prices and are the responsibility of the client.

Quotation Validity:

All quotations provided by Oceanform Limited are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change after this period.

All orders with Oceanform will undergo our invoicing process, which includes the following steps:

Payment Terms:

A 100% payment is required upfront before production or ordering commences.

Payment for the invoice is due within 7 days from the date of the invoice. If payment has not been made, invoices will be reviewed.

It is important to make payments promptly to ensure the timely processing and shipment of your order.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment method: Bank Transfers/ Wire or via a payment link (an international payment fee will apply).

Late payments:

If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to take the following actions:

  • Send payment reminders.
  • Charge late payment fees as specified in your invoice.
  • Suspend future orders until outstanding payments are settled.
  • Pursue legal action to recover outstanding amounts.


Currency:

  • All prices and invoices are denominated in euros. Please ensure that you are aware of any currency conversion fees that may apply if you are making payment from a foreign bank account.


Cancellation policy:

We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun.

Lead Time & Delivery Schedule:

Products available in stock have a standard lead time of 5 working days. Standard production lead time is 8 working weeks after payment and design approval.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Delays due to suppliers, shipping companies, or force majeure are not Oceanform’s liability.

Refunds or Exchanges:

We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. This could include instances where incorrect items were received, or in rare cases, where goods are faulty, defective, or not as expected. In every situation, we are committed to resolving the matter promptly, fairly, and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 working days of receiving the order.
  • Custom-made, personalised, or specially embroidered items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or incorrect due to our error. This includes all uniforms that have been customised to order (e.g., with vessel names, logos, or alterations).
  • In all cases, clients must contact us for approval before returning any goods, and are responsible for arranging their own returns, including any associated expenses.
  • Refunds or credits will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, if applicable, within 14 days of receiving evidence that the items have been shipped back.
  • We encourage you to double-check all size charts, embroidery details, and order specifications before confirming your purchase. Oceanform is not liable for incorrect size selection once the order is confirmed.


Shipping:

The client is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products. This includes shipping to and from the client’s location and any customs charges.

Ownership of goods:

Title and risk in the goods shall pass to the client upon dispatch from Oceanform’s facility. Oceanform is not responsible for damage, delay, or loss once the goods are in transit.

Communication:

Timely, accurate, and consistent communication is essential for the effective delivery of our services and adherence to these Terms & Conditions. To ensure clarity and accountability, please note the following:

Communication Method:

Both parties agree that email is the primary and only binding method of communication for all official matters. This includes order confirmations, approvals, changes, and contractual correspondence.

Non-Binding Communications:

Any other form of communication—including phone calls, SMS, or messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, iMessage, etc.)—shall be considered non-binding unless directly supported by a follow-up email that confirms the same information.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information exchanged in the course of this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, vessel names, crew member names, uniform specifications, branding materials, logos, and any other client-specific details.

All information provided by Oceanform to the client is strictly confidential. Details outlined but not limited to:

All pricing details, including quotations, orders, discounts, offers, adjustments, and credits—shared by either party at any stage of our agreement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.

All design material, drawings, and documentation provided to you by us (including pre-existing materials, garments, and any items produced or developed by us at any stage) shall remain our exclusive property at all times.

All intellectual property in the deliverables and pre-existing materials remains the property of Oceanform Ltd.

Clients may not reproduce, copy, or have these designs manufactured by a third party without the explicit written consent of Oceanform Ltd. Any unauthorised use, will result in legal action.

INTERPRETATION

Oceanform Limited means the company registered in England and Wales under number 14889224V, with its registered office at Swift House, Ground Floor, 18 Hoffmanns Way, Chelmsford, England, CM1 1GU.

Data Protection Laws: Refers to all UK data protection and privacy legislation in force from time to time, including the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC (as amended), and related regulations.
